About the Licensed Practical Nurse LPN Role: Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or other licensed healthcare professionals Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to designated staff Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and charts Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans Licensed Practical Nurse LPN Responsibilities: • Provide skilled nursing care to patients with varying needs and conditions • Perform routine vital signs and other assessments as needed • Administer injections, medications, and treatments as prescribed • Assist with wound care, dressing changes, and other medical procedures • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes What We Offer: Competitive hourly rate Generous $4000 Sign On Bonus!
