Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Schuylkill Haven, Pennsylvania $5000 Sign On Bonus!! Pick up Shift Bonus! Join our team at Rosewood Rehabilitation & Nursing Center, a premier healthcare provider in Schuylkill Haven, Pennsylvania! Rosewood is located on a public bus route We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our residents in achieving their optimal health and well-being.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
  • Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the primary care physician and other members of the healthcare team
  • Participate in in-service education and training programs to stay up-to-date on the latest clinical practices and industry developments
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to patient satisfaction and family-centered care

Requirements

  • Current LPN licensure in the State of Pennsylvania
  • Prior experience preferred
  • Graduate Nurses welcome
