Job Responsibility

Provide nursing care in accordance with physician orders, agency policies, and Oregon regulations

Provide wound care and other nursing services within LPN scope of practice
Observe, document, and report changes in client condition to the supervising RN
Educate clients and families on health maintenance and safety measures
Complete accurate and timely documentation
