Job Description

As the Licensed Partnerships Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for key private-label lending partners across the mortgage, banking, and fintech sectors. In this role, you will manage strategic partner relationships, track performance, and identify opportunities to expand adoption, engagement, and volume across Figure platforms. You will translate data and insights into meaningful recommendations, guide partners through initiatives and integrations, and collaborate cross-functionally to support execution, resolve issues, and drive growth. You will lead partner touchpoints, including QBRs, escalations, and roadmap discussions, while maintaining strong operational rigor and helping partners achieve measurable results.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage relationships with key private-label lending partners across mortgage, banking, and fintech
  • Track and interpret performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
  • Collaborate with finance, legal, product, marketing, credit, and technical teams to support partner needs
  • Guide partners through integration, implementation, and ongoing adoption initiatives
  • Lead QBRs and partner discussions that clearly tie goals to measurable outcomes
  • Serve as a trusted advisor for partner leadership, providing insights and strategic recommendations
  • Support escalations and coordinate with internal teams to drive resolutions
  • Identify opportunities to increase engagement, expand use cases, and grow revenue
  • Maintain strong CRM hygiene, operational consistency, and clear partner documentation
  • Represent partnerships at events and leverage industry touchpoints to strengthen relationships

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in enterprise customer success, relationship management, or account management
  • High technical aptitude with the ability to learn Figure’s applications and understand mortgage-related workflows
  • Strong written and verbal communication, presentation skills, and relationship-building ability
  • Solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Proven success achieving and exceeding performance targets
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple priorities
  • Operational rigor with strong CRM discipline and dependable follow-through
  • Ability to travel up to 15%

  • Oversee guard force operations, including scheduling, payroll/timekeeping accuracy, shift coverage, post staffing, uniform/appearance standards, and overall performance
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the client's Physical Safety & Security team, providing regular updates, performance reporting, and operational recommendations
