Job Responsibility
Conduct mental health assessments, implement treatment plans, and maintain documentation
Maintain a caseload of at least 25 client sessions per week (for full-time status)
Use creative, evidence-based interventions to help clients meet their goals
Collaborate with families, case managers, medical professionals, and school staff as needed
Participate in clinical meetings, trainings, and team-building activities
Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture
Requirements
Fully licensed mental health professional in Pennsylvania (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
Experience working with diverse populations including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families
Familiarity with therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and clinical documentation
Strong skills in assessment, treatment planning, and case note documentation
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Proficiency with EHR systems, telehealth platforms, and standard office technology
