Ellie Mental Health is seeking awesome, compassionate therapists with a passion for working with Couples/Families. The candidate will share our passion for improving and expanding access to quality mental health care, while collaborating with clients & community providers to deliver comprehensive, personalized treatment. Job Responsibility
Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation
Maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 client visits per week for Full-Time
Collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of providing mental health services
Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session
Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other staff, and school staff as needed
Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings
Contribute to a thriving team culture
Requirements
Master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university
Eligible to obtain licensure in their designated field
Clinical licensure in Pennsylvania (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to complete and submit documentation in a timely manner
Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
Proficient in the use of typical office technology and Electronic Health Record systems
Ability to pass a background check
