Job Description

Join Ellie Mental Health as a Licensed Outpatient Clinician - Clinical Psychologist in Havertown, PA! We are seeking passionate professionals to provide exceptional mental health care and support to our clients in a collaborative and nurturing environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy
  • For Full-Time status clinicians must maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 client visits per week
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of providing mental health services to best meet the needs of the community
  • Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
  • Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol
  • Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
  • Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings
  • Contribute to a thriving team culture

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university and are eligible to obtain licensure in their designated field
  • Clinical licensure in Pennsylvania (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
  • Required experience with completing clinical documentation, including assessments, treatment plans and clinical case notes
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner
  • Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
  • Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
  • Proficient in the use of typical office technology (computers, e-mail, etc.) and Electronic Health Record systems
  • Ability to pass a background check

Nice to have

  • Preferred experience with wide range of ages including children, adolescents, adults, couples and/or families
  • General knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and previous experience with mental health documentation
  • Experience with telehealth systems and approaches
