Minimum age of 21 years
Valid Florida Nail Specialist or Full Specialist License
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a professional Nail Technician, preferably in a luxury resort or spa setting
Proficiency in both classic and contemporary nail techniques, including gel, dip, and spa treatments
Previous experience working in a similar hotel, resort or luxury nail spa setting
Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to function well under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet established deadlines
Must possess mature personal discretion and sound judgment

Job Responsibility

Perform professional nail services including manicures, pedicures, polish applications, nail enhancements, and spa treatments according to resort standards
Consult with guests to assess preferences and customize services to meet their needs and expectations
Provide knowledgeable recommendations on nail and skincare products to support ongoing home care
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the nail area, ensuring all sanitation and safety procedures are followed in accordance with state regulations
Ensure proper disinfecting and sterilization of tools and workstations after each service
Keep current with industry trends, new techniques, and product innovations to continually enhance service offerings
Assist with maintaining appropriate product and supply inventory levels
Support team members by contributing to a welcoming, professional, and cooperative spa environment
Ensure all guest interactions reflect Sunseeker’s standards of excellence in hospitality and service
Perform other duties as assigned within the department

Completion of 260 hours in makeup courses at accredited Cosmetology school or 260 hours of training at a licensed school to obtain a Facial Specialist License
