Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement treatment plan, and complete ongoing documentation
  • Maintain caseload of minimum 25 client visits per week
  • Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with dynamic team
  • Utilize creativity in interventions
  • Prepare and submit individual documentation per session
  • Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff
  • Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and training

Requirements

  • Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related field from accredited college or university
  • Licensure in designated field (LCPC, LPC, LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, LP, etc.)
  • Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to model appropriate boundaries with clients
  • Ability to complete and submit documentation in a timely manner
  • General knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing
  • Experience with mental health documentation
  • Comfort and familiarity working with diverse client base
  • Proficient in typical office technology and Electronic Health Record systems
  • Subject to level 2 background screening
