Job Responsibility:
Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy
For Part-Time status clinicians must maintain a minimum of 13 client visits per week and be available for Fridays and Saturdays hours for in-person and option for a third day for telehealth only hours
Collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of providing mental health services to best meet the needs of the community
Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol
Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings
Contribute to a thriving team culture
Requirements:
Master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university
Required licensure (LAPC, LSW, LMFT, LCSW, LPC)
Required experience with completing clinical documentation, including assessments, treatment plans and clinical case notes
2 years experience with providing mental health treatment
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner
Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus)
Ability to pass a background check
Nice to have:
Fully licensed mental health professional (LAPC, LSW, LMFT, LCSW, LPC) with a valid license in the state of Pennsylvania
Providers offering individual, couples and family therapy using a broad range of modalities
Clinicians may offer Play Therapy, Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Dance/Movement Therapy, EMDR, or other specific modalities
Availability to work evenings and weekends
Ideal candidates will have a general knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and previous experience with mental health documentation
Experience with telehealth systems and approaches
