Foresight is an outpatient mental health company that offers virtual and in-person therapy across California. With our purpose to improve access to high-quality mental health care, our services have expanded to include both Intensive Outpatient Services (IOP/PHP) and a Maternal Mental Health program. We are actively hiring California Licensed Mental Health Therapists for our outpatient remote and/or hybrid roles (in select locations).
Job Responsibility:
Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families (virtually or in-person) with diverse mental health needs, including ADHD, mood disorders, and relational issues
Conduct assessments, diagnose, and develop treatment plans
Management of caseload including schedule maintenance, charge slips, high balances and consistent attendance
Requirements:
Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs), Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs), Professional Clinical Counselors (LPCCs), and or Clinical Psychologists who reside in a state in which we operate
CA residency required for hybrid roles
Must not be opted out of Medicare
Strong clinical competency in trauma-informed and evidence-based practices such as CBT, ACT, and DBT
including initial triage, risk assessment/management, crisis interventions, ICD-10 codes, and treatment planning
Proficiency with EHR systems and comfort using digital tools (Google Suite, Zoom)
Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills to build rapport and collaborate effectively with clients, therapy leaders, billing, and support service
Reliable time management (including maintaining a consistent schedule), attention to detail, and professional conduct across all responsibilities

Adaptability, critical thinking, and a team-oriented mindset within interdisciplinary models
