Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Licensed Mechanic to join our dynamic maintenance team. The successful candidate will have a valid EASA and the ability to efficiently carry out maintenance tasks in accordance with EASA regulations. With a focus on safety, quality, and operational excellence, the Licensed Mechanic will play a key role in ensuring the airworthiness of our fleet, including aircraft types such as A320, B737, B777, and A350. Job Responsibility:

  • Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks on aircraft in compliance with EASA regulations, manufacturer guidelines, and company procedures
  • Conduct fault diagnosis, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure the operational readiness of aircraft
  • Ensure all work is documented correctly and completed to the highest safety and quality standards
  • Work collaboratively with engineers, licensed staff, and support teams to meet operational deadlines
  • Participate in inspections, including daily or pre-flight checks, to detect mechanical or operational issues
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and workspaces in a safe, clean, and serviceable condition
  • Stay up to date with industry standards, technical publications, and safety protocols
  • Support a positive workplace culture that champions diversity, equity, and inclusion

Requirements:

  • Valid Part 66 A License (EASA) is mandatory
  • Proven experience in aircraft maintenance without specific type rating
  • Strong knowledge of engineering practices, safety standards, and relevant aviation regulations
  • Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and respond to operational demands as required

Nice to have:

Exposure to aircraft such as A320, B737, B777, and A350 as an advantage
