• Current and valid Massage Therapy License in the state of Virginia
• Previous experience in a luxury spa or wellness-centered environment is highly preferred but not necessary
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a warm, guest-first attitude
• Deep passion for holistic wellness and helping clients achieve physical and emotional renewal
• Solid foundation in massage theory, anatomy, and body mechanics with a commitment to continued learning and professional growth
