We’re looking for a passionate Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist with Approved Supervisor designation (LMFT-S) to join our team in Jacksonville Florida. In this role, you will work directly with clients and provide supervision to therapists pursuing licensure. If you thrive in a flexible, creative, and compassionate environment, we want you!

Job Responsibility:

  • Assess client needs, create treatment plans, provide therapy, and maintain accurate documentation
  • Supervise pre-licensed counselors working toward full licensure
  • Deliver excellent customer service and collaborate with a dynamic team
  • Develop creative interventions to help clients meet their goals
  • Maintain a minimum of 27 service hours per week (including supervisees)
  • Coordinate with case managers, families, medical personnel, and other staff as needed
  • Attend clinical meetings and trainings
  • Perform other duties that support the clinic’s mission and operations

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field
  • 5+ years of clinical experience with LMFT-S licensure and supervisor training
  • Proficient in completing intakes, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to set healthy boundaries
  • Comfortable working with diverse clients
  • Familiarity with Office 365 and EHR systems (Valant experience a plus)
  • Ideally credentialed with insurance panels
