Job Responsibility

  • Performing preventative maintenance on a fleet of heavy equipment
  • Carrying out hydraulic work on crushing plants and other aggregate equipment
  • Diagnosing and completing major mechanical repairs to ensure equipment runs safely and efficiently

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a licensed heavy-duty mechanic (421A)
  • Experience with CAT equipment is a strong asset
  • Truck and coach technician (310T) certification may be considered
  • A valid DZ license is an asset
  • Common Core training is an asset
  • Previous experience in a quarry or aggregate environment is a strong plus
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
