Ellie Mental Health is seeking a unique, passionate, and authentic therapist or psychologist to join our vibrant team in Smyrna, TN. We provide high-quality mental health care in Middle Tennessee, with a focus on ending stigma, closing care gaps, and bringing fresh innovation to the field. We minimize administrative load and maximize joy for our clinicians.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide mental health assessments, diagnoses, and personalized treatment plans
  • Maintain clear, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with a dynamic clinical team and engage in regular consultation
  • Use creative interventions to help clients reach their goals
  • Coordinate care with families, schools, and other providers
  • Attend clinical meetings and ongoing training
  • Maintain a minimum caseload of 27 sessions/week (for full-time)

Requirements

  • Fully licensed in Tennessee as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD (temporary licenses considered)
  • Experienced working with children, teens, adults, couples, and/or families
  • Skilled in trauma, substance use, or school-based therapy preferred
  • Familiar with documentation, insurance billing, and community resources
  • Credentialed or able to be credentialed with insurance panels

  • Experienced in EMDR or Brainspotting
