Job Description

Join a clinician-centered multidisciplinary team of counselors, social workers, and psychologists in Columbia, MD and be part of our growth as we expand throughout the Mid-Atlantic region! At Ellie Mental Health in Columbia, we are clinician-centered, taking care of our staff so that they can provide excellent care for their clients. Job Responsibility

  • Maintain a caseload of 25 client sessions per week
  • Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation including case notes according to company policy
  • Provide excellent customer service for clients
  • Coordinate services with other providers as needed
  • Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings including case consultations

Requirements

  • Master’s or doctorate degree in social work, counseling, and/or psychology
  • Required to be a licensed mental health professional in Maryland who is able to practice independently
  • Required experience with completing diagnostic assessments/intake evaluations, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
  • LGBTQIA+ affirming perspective required
  • Commitment to culturally competent care, cultural humility, and lifelong learning
  • Ideal candidates will have experience with clinical care, insurance billing, and DC regulations, and high ethical standards
  • Clinicians who speak more than one language strongly encouraged to apply
