Job Description:

Thrive Therapy is looking for a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team. The candidate must be able to work on-site and complete supervisor and clinical service hours as needed. This position is on a per-diem basis to start and will turn into a full-time, salaried position based on the program growth.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assess clients and develop comprehensive psychosocial assessments and treatment plans
  • Providing individual, caregiver and group therapy sessions
  • Provide supervision to assigned Mental Health Workers (MHW)
  • Initiate crisis intervention and case management measures as needed
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers, educators, and other professionals
  • Maintain accurate and detailed client records
  • Coordinate with community resources and services
  • Participate in continuing education and professional development
  • All other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Social Work
  • Licensed to practice within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
  • At least five (2) years of experience providing mental health treatment
  • Strong knowledge of community resources and social services
  • A background check in accordance with state and federal regulations
  • State Criminal Clearance, Child Abuse Clearance and FBI Clearance
  • NPI Query and current driver's license
  • Participation in and completion of all CBH mandatory in-services
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
  • Computer proficiency and the ability to provide telehealth
