Job Description:

We are looking for individuals with transportation or aviation knowledge and experience who can apply their skills to airports design projects. The Airports team provides services for a variety of airport projects including paving, grading, buildings, airport lighting, and fuel systems.

Job Responsibility:

  • Serve as project manager on small to medium-sized projects
  • Prepare planning and design documents
  • Process design calculations
  • Coordinate with other Olsson teams, professional staff, technical staff, and clients
  • Travel to job sites for observation
  • Attend client meetings

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to contribute and work well on a team
  • Bachelor’s Degree in civil engineering
  • 7 - 15 years of engineering experience
  • PE License required
  • Transportation experience or an interest in the aviation industry preferred
  • AutoCAD knowledge helpful
