Requirements

BCBA license
MA/MS, or Doctorate (e.g., PdD, EdD) in behavior analysis, psychology, or related discipline
Must legally be authorized to work in the United States
Possess a California driver’s license and have proof of automobile insurance
Must provide verification of negative TB test and criminal background check
Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25–50 pounds
Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, reach, or kneel frequently
Visual and auditory ability to observe client behavior
Mobility to work in a clinical environment
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting

Job Responsibility

Conduct skills and functional behavior assessments
Develop and implement individualized behavior support plans
Train and supervise behavior technicians and other caregivers
Collaborate with families
Oversee clinical programs
Monitor staff
Generate progress reports
Submit assessment, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual IPP reports
Conduct functional assessments

Requirements

Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, Education, or a related field
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Experience as a Behavior Consultant / BCBA in developing and implementing ABA therapy programs for individuals with autism or other developmental disorders
In-depth knowledge of behavior analysis and behavior modification principles
Proficient in conducting functional behavior assessments and behavior intervention plans
Ability to supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other ABA paraprofessionals
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with data collection, analysis, and reporting
Familiarity with ethical guidelines and professional conduct standards as outlined by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
