Ellie’s culture prioritizes direct supervision, mentorship, and professional growth for therapists of all licensure levels. We are seeking licensed and provisionally licensed therapists to join our team. Ideal candidates will manage a balanced caseload and be open to seeing adolescents and teens with full clinical support and mentorship. This position offers flexibility to work both in-person and remotely.

Job Responsibility:

  • Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create treatment plans
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions
  • Collaborate with medical professionals for comprehensive care
  • Offer grief counseling and support to patients and families
  • Engage in social work and behavioral health interventions
  • Participate in clinical staff meetings and training

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field
  • Clinical license (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, LAC, LAMFT, LSW) or provisional licensure in New Jersey
  • Strong diagnostic and crisis intervention skills
  • Familiarity with office technology and Electronic Health Records(exp with Valant a plus)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage a diverse client base
