Job Description:

We are seeking licensed mental health professionals to work with couples and families of all ages in a private practice setting. Job Responsibility:

  • Evaluate mental health diagnoses, then create and implement a treatment plan
  • Complete ongoing documentation (including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes) in a timely manner
  • Maintain a caseload of 25+ client sessions per week
  • Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
  • Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
  • Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
  • Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and training

Requirements:

  • Master’s Degree or higher in behavioral sciences or a related field
  • License to practice therapy in the state of Michigan (LCSW, LLMSW, LPC, LMFT, LP, et. al.)
  • Experience completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical notes

Nice to have:

  • Experienced couples’ counselors, eager to work with couples and families
  • Post-grad training in an EBP (such as DBT, CBT, EMDR, etc.), a plus
  • Candidates that may be looking to grow into leadership roles/supervisors
