We are seeking licensed mental health professionals to work with couples and families of all ages in a private practice setting. Job Responsibility:
Evaluate mental health diagnoses, then create and implement a treatment plan
Complete ongoing documentation (including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes) in a timely manner
Maintain a caseload of 25+ client sessions per week
Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and training
Requirements:
Master’s Degree or higher in behavioral sciences or a related field
License to practice therapy in the state of Michigan (LCSW, LLMSW, LPC, LMFT, LP, et. al.)
Experience completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical notes
Nice to have:
Experienced couples’ counselors, eager to work with couples and families
Post-grad training in an EBP (such as DBT, CBT, EMDR, etc.), a plus
Candidates that may be looking to grow into leadership roles/supervisors
Creative and innovative approaches to mental health care
General knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing in a private practice setting
