Our client is seeking a Licensed Aircraft Engineer to join their team at RAF St Athan, near Barry, Vale of Glamorgan. Job Responsibility
Carry out aircraft engineering, line and depth maintenance activities to meet contractual requirements
Ensure compliance with all relevant aviation regulations and company approvals
Work closely with a multi-disciplined team and military personnel to deliver safe, serviceable aircraft
Supervise and support team members while promoting a strong safety culture
Maintain high standards of quality, compliance, and operational performance
Requirements
Strong technical knowledge of aircraft engineering
Good understanding of customer and contract delivery
Previous supervisory experience within a Civil or Military aviation environment
Ability to demonstrate the required practical and theoretical engineering standards
Full UK driving licence
EASA Part-66 B1.2 Licence
Nice to have
Type rating on Grob 115E aircraft and Lycoming 360 engines
B3 Licence
