Job Description:

At TUI, our Engineers are vital to keeping our aircraft – and our customers – moving safely and smoothly. From day one, you’ll be part of a skilled global team, supporting operations across our network and helping to ensure every aircraft is ready to fly on time and to the highest standards. You’ll work closely with engineers, flight crews and ground teams, making smart decisions in fast-paced environments. Your work behind the scenes makes the holiday magic happen – when our aircraft are in top shape, everything else falls into place. Success means being a reliable, safety-first problem solver who brings the TUI spirit to life with every turnaround.

Job Responsibility:

  • Carrying out maintenance checks, repairs, and inspections on our fleet is part of your day-to-day, all in line with strict regulatory and company standards
  • Working alongside various teams, you'll swiftly and effectively resolve technical issues as they arise
  • Complex aircraft systems will be your playground, and you'll ensure the highest safety standards are always upheld
  • Monitoring and certifying the work of colleagues holding an 'A' licence will be part of your responsibilities
  • You'll contribute actively to enhancing the performance and technical reliability of our aircraft, and support off-base maintenance when required

Requirements:

  • A B1 licence is essential, authorised to work on the B737NG, B737MAX, and B787
  • Graduating this year from a technical aviation programme? We'd absolutely love to hear from you
  • Proven experience in aircraft maintenance is an advantage
  • Strong technical skills, a problem-solving mindset, and attention to detail are what we're looking for
  • Excellent communication skills come naturally to you, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
  • You're proficient in English, spoken and written
  • A valid driving licence (B licence required
  • BE licence is a plus)

Nice to have:

Valid driving licence (BE licence is a plus)

What we offer:
  • Attractive remuneration
  • discretionary bonus schemes
  • generous travel benefits
  • extensive health & well-being support
  • Flexible working: Work is something you do, not somewhere you go. We encourage a healthy work-life balance with a dynamic working environment
  • A career to shape: Access the TUI Learning Hub to level-up and reach your ambitions
  • Broaden your network: We champion intercultural collaboration and provide opportunities to work on global projects and teams
  • Community: Get involved with incredible local charity and sustainability initiatives like the TUI Care Foundation
