Ryanair Engineering, delivered by KAMS (Kaunas Aircraft Maintenance Services), is one of Ryanair’s technical support bases in Europe, located at Kaunas Airport, Lithuania. We specialize in base maintenance of Boeing 737-800 aircraft for Ryanair, Europe’s largest airline. Our highly trained and dedicated engineers are the driving force behind our industry-leading safety record. Across our network, skilled teams carry out extensive inspections of aircraft systems, structures, and components, ensuring every aircraft operates safely, efficiently, and on schedule. An exciting opportunity has arisen at KAMS in Kaunas. We are currently seeking a permanent Licensed Aircraft Engineer (B1) to join our hangar team.
Job Responsibility
Perform maintenance tasks as assigned, working with minimal supervision
Maintain high standards of workmanship across all tasks
Provide guidance and mentoring to Aircraft Mechanics & Trainees on their assigned team
Complete and certify all required documentation accurately
Ensure full compliance with company procedures, policies, regulations, and MOE
Maintain a safe and clean working environment
Always Adhere to Health & Safety requirements.
Requirements
A valid, unrestricted EASA B1 Licence (Essential)
Boeing 737NG or 737MAX type rating endorsed on license (Preferred)
Previous certification privileges in a similar role is highly desirable
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Willingness to work shifts
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Nice to have
Boeing 737NG or 737MAX type rating endorsed on license

What we offer
Annual gross salary: ~€86,000 – €92,000
Monthly gross salary: €7,200 – €7,600
Shift pattern, allowing up to 3 months of paid time off during summer
