Job Description:

We are looking for sales specialists to join the Bentley Systems License Compliance team. The team’s goal is to monetize usage in situations where: 1) there is no contractual relationship between Bentley and the software pirate, and 2) there is a contractual relationship between Bentley and the non-compliant user. The two main elements of the program are 1) Lead Generation and Qualification; and 2) Enforcement. This is a full-time role expected to work 40 hours per week that will require occasional international travel.

Job Responsibility:

  • Professional management of all assigned License Compliance cases
  • Report and maintain systems related to License Compliance activities
  • Generating, tracking and qualifying leads from various sources
  • Evaluate the weight of evidence when pursuing targets
  • Participate in: Communication campaigns
  • Managing enforcement providers and counsel
  • Coordination with internal teams such as Corporate Legal, Financial Operations, Account Advancement and others as applicable

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's Degree (Law will be advantageous)
  • Experience in Inside Sales or License Compliance Sales would be advantageous
  • Familiarity with Salesforce will be helpful
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
