Join our team as a LibreCAD Expert and play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of AI-powered drafting solutions. We are seeking accomplished professionals with a mastery of LibreCAD who can deliver complete 2D CAD drafting projects, from concept to export-ready technical drawings. This unique opportunity allows you to demonstrate your hands-on expertise, while helping to teach AI how experienced CAD professionals approach every step of the drafting process.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead comprehensive 2D drafting projects in LibreCAD, from initial concept development to final technical drawing exports
  • Showcase and articulate your full workflow, including precise geometry creation, snap and constraint utilization, and organizational strategies
  • Set up drawing units, layers, and manage blocks for optimal drafting clarity and project consistency
  • Apply technical dimensioning, annotation, and detailing according to manufacturing or CNC requirements
  • Prepare and export files in formats such as DXF for downstream manufacturing or CAM workflows
  • Clearly communicate your decision-making and reasoning behind drafting choices, supporting the development of AI learning models
  • Collaborate closely with the team, contributing written and verbal insights into professional 2D CAD workflows

Requirements

  • Expert-level, hands-on experience in LibreCAD for professional 2D technical drafting projects
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with standard 2D CAD workflows
  • Deep understanding of Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAM) concepts and requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complete, end-to-end drafting projects using LibreCAD
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on articulating complex drafting logic and precision decisions
  • Proficiency in organizing, annotating, and exporting technical drawings for manufacturing applications
  • Keen attention to detail and a passion for drafting best practices and innovation

Nice to have

  • Experience teaching, training, or mentoring others in CAD or CAM disciplines
