Job Description:

The City of Chandler Community Services Department is currently seeking qualified individuals interested in joining our team as a Library Technology Assistant (part-time, temporary, non-benefited). This position serves at the discretion of the department director. The position is scheduled to work between 10 and 19 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.

Requirements:

  • Some High School
  • Customer service experience involving frequent public contact including basic computer skills
  • Any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the knowledge and abilities necessary to perform the work

Nice to have:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, internet navigation, and operating standard office equipment such as copiers, printers, and fax machines

  • Accrue 1 hour of paid Statutory Sick Leave (SSL) for every 30 hours worked, eligible for use immediately following accrual
