If you can thoughtfully select engaging materials, master digital databases, and make cataloguing seamless, you could be the perfect fit for our team.

Job Responsibility

  • Select, manage, and organise of library resources, including digital subscriptions
  • Supporting students and staff with access to resources and library software
  • Promote reading and library-based activities and clubs
  • Assist with budgeting, purchase orders, and general library administration
  • Supervise and lead student activities before and after school and during breaks
  • Other duties as required in line with operational needs and the employee’s skills

Requirements

  • Relevant qualifications and/or experience in library support roles, ideally within education
  • Strong ICT, organisational, planning, and documentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
  • Flexibility, discretion, and commitment to confidentiality and Catholic values
  • A positive, enthusiastic approach to supporting student learning and school community engagement
  • Current Working with Children Check and National Police Check
