Job Description:

Works with members of the Music Programming team to create superior radio programs as needed. Supports creative processes, content development and production. Exercises both creative abilities and technical skills. Edits materials and operates an audio board. May be assigned to more than one program and perform slightly different functions across channels.

Job Responsibility:

  • Review audio and catalog assets
  • Handle physical media (disks, drives) and ensure proper storage
  • Edit and ingest audio content for on-air programming into the media asset management system
  • Transfer, create, and maintain accurate metadata in media asset management and archival databases
  • Utilize the archives database to reconstruct programs for Audio On-Demand
  • Interface with Programming staff as needed
  • Assist with archival research and development projects for Programming as needed.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with archives
  • Minimum of 1 Year of Experience
  • Experience with automation and/or AI tools such as chatGPT, Gemini, etc
  • Content Management Systems (CMS)
  • Microsoft Office
  • Metadata / Conversant
  • Audio Production / Conversant
  • Media Production Software / Conversant
  • Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
