Job Description

If you are looking for a rewarding part-time role that offers variety and the opportunity to make a real difference, this Library Assistant Weekend role could be perfect for you. Working across Slough’s libraries, including The Curve, Britwell, Cippenham and Langley, you will provide excellent front-line customer service and support day-to-day library operations. The role involves engaging with residents, promoting library services, and delivering events such as story and rhyme times, Lego clubs and adult activities. You must have strong communication and IT skills, a passion for books and reading, and the ability to adapt in a busy customer-focused environment.
