Lawes has partnered with a leading risk and claims administration organisation who is looking for a dedicated and motivated professional to join their liability team as a Liability Utilities Adjuster covering Scotland.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage your own caseload across Scotland
  • Attend site visits and provide expert support
  • Work within one of the largest liability teams globally
  • Deal with incidents such as: Burst water mains, Electrical faults, Fires, Sewage escapes
  • Help clients navigate complex claims with professionalism and care

Requirements:

  • Experienced gained within claims management or adjusting environments
  • Hold a full, clean driving licence
  • Experience of handling liability, property damage or utilities claims
  • Insurance qualifications preferred but not essential
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Calm under pressure and adaptable
  • Excellent communicators
