Proficiency in using SAP for claims processing
Strong knowledge of insurance claims regulations and procedures

Job Responsibility

Review and analyze damage claims to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards
Process casualty and property damage claims efficiently using SAP systems

Communicate with clients, adjusters, and other stakeholders to gather necessary documentation and information
Maintain organized records of claims and ensure all documentation is complete
Resolve claims disputes by negotiating settlements where appropriate
Collaborate with team members to prioritize and address backlog cases
Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies during claims processing
Provide timely updates to management regarding claim statuses and progress
