Our client a global loss adjusting company are looking for a Team Leader to support and manage their rapidly expanding team of claims handlers, based at their Milton Keynes office.

Job Responsibility:

  • Leading a team of experienced claims handlers
  • Dealing with Liability claims, ranging from Employers Liability, Personal Liability through to Commercial based claims varying in value

Requirements:

  • An experienced team leader from a Claims background
  • Evidence of mentoring and developing teams to a high performance standard
  • Knowledge of the principals of insurance and claims process
