Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented bilingual in English and Spanish Liability Claims Adjuster to join our team in Miami, Florida. In this long-term contract role, you will play a pivotal part in overseeing contractor management processes and resolving issues to ensure seamless operations. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic environment while sharpening your expertise in hiring processes and contractor relations.

Job Responsibility:

Analyze claims exposure and determine proper courses of action
Interact with various parties involved in the claim process
Provide exceptional customer service by exhibiting empathy through each step of the claims process
Handle claims consistent with clients' and corporate policies, procedures, and standard methodologies in accordance with statutory, regulatory, and ethics requirements
Document and communicate claim activity timely and effectively.

Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years experience handling general liability claims and experience with litigated files
Jurisdictional experience in FL
Active Adjusters' licenses in FL
Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states in which claims are being handled
Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
Computer experience with related claims and business software
Experience in auto liability, property damage, and bodily injury
Bilingual in English/Spanish
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle claims consistent with clients' and corporate policies, procedures, and standard methodologies in accordance with statutory, regulatory, and ethics requirements
Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights
Detail-oriented organizational skills
Proficiency in using relevant software and tools.
