Job Description:

As an LGV Class 2 Driver you are responsible for the delivery and collection of our products.

Job Responsibility:

  • Delivering/collecting the company’s units and equipment to its customers
  • Inspecting all units and equipment on collection to ensure it is in good order
  • Ensuring all necessary company paperwork is completed in the correct manner
  • Driving company vehicles in a safe, courteous and responsible manner
  • Operating all lifting equipment in a safe manner
  • Loading and unloading plant and equipment in accordance with safe practice
  • Carrying out daily checks of vehicle and any lifting / holding equipment

Requirements:

  • C+E Driving Licence is essential
  • At least 2 years commercial driving experience
  • Experience with HIAB and moving wide loads
  • Good geographical knowledge of the local and surrounding areas
  • Customer focused experience and expertise
  • Good physical health
  • Flexible approach to work, able to work reasonable overtime if required
  • Adhere to all health & safety practice
