Come join one of the fastest-growing outpatient mental health practices in Howard County, MD! We are working on opening our next practice in Elkridge after opening and sustaining practices in Bethesda, North Potomac, Rockville, and Clarksville! This position is flexible remote, meaning some in person and some through Telehealth. We have immediate openings for LGPC therapists: Start within a week, pending background check; Offer guaranteed pay for the initial 8 weeks as you ramp your caseload; Active patient waiting list waiting to be assigned to therapist; Provide Clinical supervision by MD state-licensed LCPC and LCSW-C at no cost to you; Ability to provide different types of therapy (individual, group, play, etc); We have a wide variety of patients for great exposure to new clinical experiences; Awesome leadership team focused on supporting you and your growth; Steady pay with excellent benefits, and bonus structure; Ability to customize your hours; Ability to grow into leadership role within the organization; Who we are looking for: Therapists!!!! Job Responsibility

  • Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan, and complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy
  • Maintain a caseload of 25 client sessions per week
  • Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
  • Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
  • Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
  • Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and training

Requirements

  • Candidates are required to have a master’s degree in social work or one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university
  • Required to be a licensed mental health professional in the state of Maryland
  • Required experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes

Nice to have

  • Prefer candidates with creative and innovative approaches to mental health
  • Prefer experience with children, adolescents, and teens
  • Preferred experience with couples and families
  • Ideal candidates will have a general knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing
