The L3 UX/UI Designer is responsible for designing seamless and visually engaging user experiences and user interfaces for digital products. This role requires a blend of creativity, design expertise, and an understanding of user-centered design principles to craft intuitive, effective, and aesthetically pleasing solutions. The UX/UI Designer will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the user experience is consistent across all platforms and aligns with business goals. This position involves user research, wireframing, prototyping, high-fidelity UI design, and usability testing, with a focus on creating positive and impactful experiences for users

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
3+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including both UX and UI work
Expert‑level proficiency in Figma as the primary tool for end‑to‑end product design, prototyping, and team collaboration
Experience with designing responsive and mobile-first web applications, and familiarity with modern web technologies (e.g., HTML5, CSS, JavaScript frameworks)
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
Solid understanding of usability principles, accessibility standards (WCAG), and best practices
Ability to create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs, and effectively communicate design ideas to stakeholders and development teams
Strong problem-solving skills, with an ability to design solutions that balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain design concepts clearly to non-design stakeholders
Nice to have:
Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) or familiarity with Agile and Scrum development methodologies
Working knowledge of motion and interaction design principles, with the ability to use animation to support clarity and usability in digital products
Experience collaborating with developers using Figma‑based design handoff practices and shared design artefacts to support efficient delivery
Experience working closely with cross‑functional teams—including product, engineering, and business stakeholders—within iterative delivery environments
Experience designing enterprise‑level, data‑driven digital products, including support for complex workflows and user needs
Working knowledge of user research techniques, such as user interviews, usability testing, and analysis of product usage data to inform design decisions
