Your key impact areas will include: Leading Learning: Planning and delivering high-quality activities for individuals, small groups, and whole classes under teacher supervision. Specialist Support: Providing bespoke assistance for learners with SEN, medical, and behavioral needs, ensuring every child is included and safe. Strategic Growth: Using school-wide data and pupil progress audits to adapt your approach and bridge learning gaps. Team Leadership: Taking a proactive role within the staff team, which includes directing and supervising other TAs to maintain high standards across the school. Holistic Care: Collaborating with families and external professionals to champion the wellbeing and personal development of our learners. Working Pattern We value work-life balance and offer a schedule designed around the school term: Term Time: 39 weeks per year.
