Job Description:

The Level 3 Unified Communications & Collaboration Engineer role focuses on designing and implementing Cisco-based voice solutions. Responsible for the design, implementation, and support of enterprise voice and collaboration solutions, focusing Cisco CUCM, Audiocodes SBC (including OVOC), VoIP backbone, managed phones, and ATA devices. Ensures high availability, security, and optimal performance of unified communications services.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design, deploy, and maintain Cisco CUCM voice solutions, including integration with Audiocodes SBCs and OVOC management
  • Manage and support the VoIP backbone, ensuring seamless connectivity between on-premises and cloud telephony systems
  • Provision, configure, and troubleshoot managed phones and ATA devices
  • Monitor system health, conduct root cause analysis, and resolve incidents
  • Collaborate with internal Teams and vendors
  • Maintain documentation and ensure compliance
  • Mentor junior team members

Requirements:
