Job Description

Are you a qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding new opportunity? justteachers is seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic, and nurturing Level 3 TA to join a welcoming primary school in Burnley on a long-term basis starting in September.

Job Responsibility

  • Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons
  • Provide targeted support to pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
  • Deliver interventions to support literacy, numeracy, and classroom learning
  • Assist with classroom preparation and organisation
  • Support pupils' social, emotional, and behavioural development

Requirements

  • Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
  • Previous experience working within a primary school setting
  • Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain one)
