Job Description:

We're looking for Level 3 Early Years Educators to join us as Bank Staff. Flexible days and hours to suit all schedules, confirming availability 2-weeks in advance. Own transport is not essential but you do have to be able to travel to at least 3 nurseries within the Cherubs Nurseries group. As Supply Early Years Educator, you will apply your in-depth knowledge and early years’ experience to cover staff shortages such as sickness, holidays and maternity/paternity leave as a set group of Cherubs Nurseries.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist in supervision of meal times
  • Give parents warm welcome and concise handover
  • Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Level 3 in Childcare (or equivalent)
  • GCSE Level Pass (4 or above) in both English and Maths
  • At least 2.5 years’ experience working in a childcare setting
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Flexible working pattern
  • Ability to travel between a cluster of nurseries
  • Confident in delivering high-quality childcare
  • Ability to form quick but effective bonds with children, parents and staff
  • Can do and outgoing attitude
