  • Ensure the highest standards of safety, hygiene, and physical care are maintained
  • Support and model best practices for Nursery Assistants and Trainees

Requirements

  • A full and relevant Level 3 (or higher) qualification in Early Years/Childcare
  • Proven experience working within an early years setting, with a strong understanding of the EYFS framework
  • Excellent communication skills (with children, parents, and colleagues) and the ability to maintain accurate developmental records
  • A positive 'can-do' attitude and a genuine passion for early childhood education
  • An unwavering dedication to safeguarding and child protection protocols
