Join our team as a Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner. We are looking for someone passionate about creating brighter futures for children. Bring your enthusiasm, creativity, and dedication to make a difference. Our Wylde Green Day Nursery is nestled in the heart of Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham, exuding a warm, community spirit and focusing on teaching children valuable lessons about themselves and the world around them. The nursery is spacious and open plan, working with children aged 1-5.

Job Responsibility

  • Create a warm, fun, and nurturing environment where children feel safe and thrive
  • Plan and deliver engaging, play-based activities aligned with the EYFS framework
  • Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Monitor and celebrate children’s development milestones, keeping records to share with parents
  • Support the day-to-day running of the nursery, maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and care
  • Be a team player, offering guidance to apprentices and volunteers while learning from others

Requirements

  • Hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification or Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship offered)
  • Enhanced DBS check
  • Satisfactory references
  • Verification of right to work in the UK and any essential qualifications
