Working Hours: 36 or 40 hours per week Monday to Friday (36hrs x 4 days / 40hrs x 4.5 days) Location: The Old Station Nursery Faringdon, 7 Park Road, Faringdon, Oxfordshire, SN7 7BP About our Nursery The Old Station Nursery in Faringdon, Oxfordshire is our flagship nursery, lovingly established by Chairwoman Sarah Steel in 2008. Housed in a beautifully preserved listed railway station, our nursery blends rich heritage with modern excellence to provide an exceptional environment for young learners. Our holistic approach to early education and care is reflected in the numerous accolades we’ve received, including Millie’s Mark, which underscores our dedication to high-quality paediatric first aid and exceptional care. The nursery is located just outside the centre of Faringdon, within the listed station railway building, just off Park Road next to Tesco. What Your Role Involves As a valued member of our team, you’ll: Create a warm, fun, and nurturing environment where children feel safe and thrive. Plan and deliver engaging, play-based activities aligned with the EYFS framework. Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues. Monitor and celebrate children’s development milestones, keeping records to share with parents. Support the day-to-day running of the nursery, maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and care.
