Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our high-quality setting. As a key member of our team, you will use your expertise to create a nurturing, educational, and fun environment where every child can flourish. This is a permanent position designed for a practitioner who truly understands the EYFS and is committed to delivering excellence. You will take a lead role in observing, planning, and assessing children's development, ensuring that each child's individual needs are met through creative and engaging play-based learning.

Job Responsibility:

Act as a Key Person for a group of children, building strong relationships with families
Design and implement age-appropriate activities that challenge and inspire
Complete high-quality observations and maintain up-to-date learning journals
Ensure the highest standards of safety, hygiene, and physical care are maintained
Support and model best practices for Nursery Assistants and Trainees

Requirements:

Full and relevant Level 3 (or higher) qualification in Early Years/Childcare
Proven experience working within an early years setting, with a strong understanding of the EYFS framework
Excellent communication skills (with children, parents, and colleagues) and the ability to maintain accurate developmental records
A positive 'can-do' attitude and a genuine passion for early childhood education
An unwavering dedication to safeguarding and child protection protocols
