Requirements

A recognised Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or an equivalent qualification such as NNEB, or NVQ Level 3 in Children's Care, Learning and Development)
Recent, relevant experience working within a formal early years setting (nursery or pre-school)
Excellent knowledge and practical understanding of the EYFS framework
Strong verbal communication, written skills, and good organisational abilities
A genuine commitment to working with young children and supporting their holistic development

Job Responsibility

Planning and delivering engaging and age-appropriate educational activities in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum
Acting as a designated Key Person for a group of children, monitoring their progress, and maintaining accurate developmental records
Establishing positive and productive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Ensuring the highest standards of safety, hygiene, and welfare are maintained at all times
Observing, assessing, and documenting children's learning and development
