Qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioner | Permanent Roles Are you a qualified Early Years professional looking for your next long-term career move? Randstad Education is recruiting for Permanent Level 3 Nursery Practitioner roles across beautiful settings in Horley and East Grinstead. We are seeking enthusiastic, dedicated professionals to create safe, stimulating, and nurturing spaces for children aged 0-5. The Role The core focus of these permanent positions is to lead and support the daily learning and development of children while maintaining excellent standards of care. As a qualified practitioner, you will act as a Key Person, building strong, lasting relationships with families, tracking milestones, and implementing the EYFS framework. Type: Permanent, Full-Time Hours: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM Locations Available: Horley (Surrey) & East Grinstead (West Sussex) What We Offer Competitive Salary: Generous permanent packages paid on our Qualified Practitioner scale (negotiable based on experience). Job Responsibility

  • Oversee a designated group of children, tracking their development, updating learning journals, and writing progress reports
  • Plan and implement creative, age-appropriate, play-based activities aligned with the EYFS
  • Provide excellent general care, supervision, and support with personal care and mealtime routines
  • Maintain open, professional communication with parents and carers to provide daily feedback on their child's day
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and secure environment, strictly adhering to health and safety and safeguarding policies

Requirements

  • Holds a full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (e.g., NVQ Level 3, CACHE Level 3, or equivalent)
  • A strong understanding of the EYFS statutory framework, child development, and observation/assessment processes
  • Excellent communication skills, strong team-working abilities, and a positive, solution-focused attitude
  • Fully dedicated to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, with a robust understanding of safeguarding procedures
