Job Responsibility:
Manages and supports the Microsoft Mobile Client Suite (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive), ensuring secure and efficient mobile collaboration
Deploy and manage mobile apps
Troubleshoot mobile client issues
Enforce security and compliance policies
Provide user support and training
Deployment and management of M365 mobile apps via Intune
Mobile security policy enforcement
Troubleshooting mobile sync and authentication issues
Integration with enterprise collaboration tools
Requirements:
Degree in IT/Computing
Microsoft Certified: Mobility and Security
Experience working in a service desk, managed services, or EUC operations team
