Job Description:

Level 3 EYFS Practitioner role supporting the youngest students in starting their education journeys at a 'Good' graded community Primary School in Ealing. Long-term, full-time position working with various children across the school in a non-classroom based position with no teaching.

Job Responsibility:

Supporting a variety of students within Reception with their academic, personal and social development on a daily basis
Working with students with diagnosed and suspected SEND including ASD, ADHD, PMLD and Speech and Language difficulties
Collaborating with specialist learning teachers and the Assistant Head Teacher in charge of inclusion
Supporting pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis

Requirements:

CACHE/NVQ Level 3 Qualification in Childcare/Education/EYFS
Previous experience working with SEND students
Strong academics across the board

Nice to have:

Passionate and driven individual looking to get stuck in from the start
