Job Description:

Cherubs Nurseries is a family-run business on a mission to give all children the personalities, skills and experiences they need to take on the world, without limitations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Work as part of the Childcare Team to provide an amazing service for children and families
  • Ensure the children's environment and nursery is kept safe, secure and clean at all times
  • Be a role model for the children at all times
  • Work towards qualification in childcare, ensuring all targets are met and coursework is up to date
  • Assist in planning and delivery of activities (indoor and outdoor) to maintain children's interests and ensure development
  • Establish and maintain friendly but professional relationships with parents, staff and suppliers
  • Attend all staff events including parents evening, staff meetings, summer fairs and training

Requirements:

  • Level 2 Early Years/Childcare qualification
  • Right to work in the United Kingdom
  • Completion of a 'Keeping Children Safe' Form
  • DBS check
  • At least 2 satisfactory employment references
  • Some roles may require a 5-year employment history
